William and Catherine attended the Freedom of the City ceremony at Quebec City Hall. Here, William delivered a speech entirely in French.

Catherine wore a bright blue Erdem "Cecile" dress featuring a lace overlay over the shoulders, and a leg slit. She wore her nude LK Bennett pumps and used a nude envelope clutch.
